Brent brings 25 years of experience in private wealth management to the team and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Brent's career has been defined by his ability to craft personalized investment strategies that align with the goals and aspirations of individuals and families. He leads the team with his client-first approach, ensuring that every financial decision is backed by careful analysis and thoughtful insight. 

Mindy has an extensive background in wealth management and administrative leadership. With years of experience, she plays a critical role in the team’s communication with clients as well as support for both clients and team members. With her exceptional work ethic and in-depth understanding of the financial services industry allow her to manage complex client needs with efficiency and care. 

Thomas officially joined Baird in July 2024 as a Client Assistant after previously interning with the team during his studies, working in that position till January of 2025. He then successfully completed Baird’s Financial Advisor Training Program and now serves as a Financial Advisor. His strong academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience and comprehensive training, makes him a valuable asset to our team.
